This Privacy Policy sets out the general terms for processing and protecting the personal data of Users collected during the provision of services by the Executor and the use of the Website.General Provisions
• Prior to registering on the Website and/or making payments for the services provided by the Executor, the User is obligated to familiarize themselves with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and give their unequivocal consent to the processing of their personal data.
• By completing the special form on the Website and clicking the "Sign Up" button (or a button with a similar meaning), or by making a payment to the Executor, the User thereby agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data. User Rights
• The User has the right to:
- Be informed about the sources of data collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or residence of the owner or controller of personal data, or to give a relevant authorization to obtain this information to authorized individuals, except as provided by law.
- Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred.
- Have access to their personal data.
- Receive a response no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except as provided by law, regarding whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data.
- Present a substantiated demand to the owner of personal data with objections to the processing of their personal data.
- Present a substantiated demand for the amendment or deletion of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if this data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate.
- Protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual.
- File complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Authorized Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to the court.
- Apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of the legislation on personal data protection.
- Make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent.
- Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
- Know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.
- Protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
• The User who intends to exercise their rights as provided in paragraph 5.1 of this Privacy Policy sends their request to the email address: [insert email address]. Such a request is considered by the Executor within 10 days from the date of receipt.
Procedure for Protecting Confidential Information
• The Executor processes personal data using legal, organizational, and technical measures that prevent accidental loss, destruction, and/or unauthorized processing, including unlawful destruction or access to personal data.
• Employees of the Executor and third parties engaged by the Executor to provide services to the User have access only to the personal data necessary for them to perform their duties.
• Deletion and destruction of User's personal data are carried out in a manner that excludes the possibility of further recovery of such personal data.
Other Provisions
• The Executor has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Privacy Policy without notifying the User. Changes to the Policy come into effect from the moment of their placement on the Website.
• If any of the provisions of these Rules is declared invalid by any competent state authority of Ukraine, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other terms of these Rules, which shall remain fully valid, unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian legislation.
• Disputes arising between the Parties regarding the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations.
• Disputes between the Parties that are not resolved through negotiations are settled by a competent court of Ukraine in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
